* You will need to first look at how to make your own base for shampoo (soap stew), conditioner and rinses to use with essential oil hair treatments...
Then carry on and make your own anti-dandruff shampoo and essential oil rinse...
The first shampoo loosens the crusty layer of dead skin cells and these are then washed off. It also stimulates the skin to heal. Use this shampoo and avoid the harsh commercial shampoos if you want your scalp to heal.
100ml soap stew
18 drops Rosemary
10 drops Thyme
8 drops Sage
Mix well and treat your scalp.
This next shampoo stimulates a healthy scalp and helps your hair to be shiny and thick.
100ml soap stew
10 drops Sage
10 drops Lemon
5 drops Basil
15 drops Eucalyptus peppermint
Mix well together.
You can make a scalp massage to treat dandruff...
Dandruff doesn't like this rinse. It goes, and your scalp feels refreshed.
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
5 drops Thyme
5 drops Eucalyptus peppermint
3 drops Sage
5 drops Carrot
Mix together and put into 25ml spring water. Use about a teaspoon each time and massage into your scalp (not your hair) before you go to bed.
Here is another scalp conditioner for you to try.
5 drops carrot oil
15 drops jojoba oil
15 drops evening primrose oil
3 drops Cypress
Mix well. Use the tip of your fingers to gently massage your scalp for at least 5 minutes. This will produce an improved blood flow towards your scalp. You can also trying blending different essential oils together such as jojoba oil, rosemary, and tea tree oil. For better results, do this regularly.
