Using Essential Oils for a foot bath is a treat for your whole body!
And it is a treat that you can share with friends and family!
We rely on our feet to carry us many thousands of miles in a lifetime... Sore, tired, cracked, dry, or itchy feet do effect our body too.
In winter we neglect our feet... keeping them "locked up" in socks and shoes!
And, in summer, we may walk around in sandals or bare foot - leaving our feet cracked and dry!
Aromatherapy is an excellent way to treat your feet ...
You can make your own blends using these essential oils! "Cook up" a foot bath, foot lotion, foot scrub...
