I purchased Aila Accad's book at a time in my life when it seems the stress was building from all directions (recent death of my mother, a sister diagnosed with breast cancer, owning my own business, and an adult daughter returning home--with her pets!). I keep Ms. Accad's book handy and randomly choose one of the many tips when I need a break; her tip works everytime! I recommend "34 Instant Stress-Busters" for anyone--whether their life is crazy or not. The tips are not only effective, they often provide inspirational motivation as well.
