10 Minute Soak
If you have time, a great way to prepare to massage feet is to put 3 litres of warm water into a large bowl with 4 drops Rosemary essential oil and soak your feet for ten minutes. This is a great way to relax your feet and legs and restore them after a long day.
Foot Massage Balm
Use 20ml/4 teaspoons grapeseed oil carrier - it is not too greasy and leaves your feet feeling smooth and soft. Add 6 drops Rosemary and 4 drops Lemon essential oils.
Foot Self-Massage 10 Minute Exercise
Spend 5 minutes on each foot. Work on the right foot first.
Repeat the whole sequence on the left foot.
