  • Fit 2 tennis balls into a sock and tie the ends.



  • Lie on your back on the floor and put a pillow under your knees for comfort.
  • Position the tennis ball sock under your neck so that the balls touch the skull ridge above the hollow spot.




  • Relax and listen to some music for about 20 minutes and allow the tennis ball massage to do it's trick!.

The pressure applied by the tennis balls on this neck area sends a message down the spinal column to relax all the muscles and is extremely effective.
